As Managing Partner of Pacific Development, Consulting, Sue has over 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational Human Resource Management.  Her drive is to provide businesses with the tools to enable them to enhance productivity and achieve growth through sustainable working communities.  As such she is adept in developing creative people solutions to support that growth.

 

She is passionate about working with local and international organisations throughout the Pacific and is committed to creating lasting change through great leadership and a truly engaged workforce.

 

With the region’s limited access to talent and resources, Sue’s ability to build creative talent acquisition and management strategies has enabled businesses to compete successfully in both local and global markets.

 

Sue has worked in several diverse sectors including technology, advertising, media and entertainment for both small business start-ups, not-for-profit and NGO’s through to large multi-national organisations and other international corporations.  She is highly skilled and practised in each of the key functional areas of Human Resource Management.

 

She is particularly accomplished in the areas of diversity and inclusion; performance management and talent management strategies; coaching and mentoring; and leadership development.

 

Having achieved both academic and professional status as a Chartered Member of the CIPD (UK) and as a Certified member of AHRI (Australia), Sue has lived and worked internationally in the UK, Australia, Canada, Asia and most recently in the beautiful tropical island paradise that is Vanuatu.

 

On a personal level Sue enjoys running and swimming and an active lifestyle.  She relishes her long sunset walks along the beach enjoying nature with her delightfully enchanting dog, Jasper.
